BULBS.
After a morning spent buying bulbs at Columbia Road and an afternoon digging in the garden planting them, I'm well and truly in the mindset for seasonal change. 6-8 weeks the gent informed me for expected fruition of my assorted posies. Maybe by the time they show their heads it will be sufficiently warm enough to wear sandals.
RAFAEL ZARKA.
I have a date with Raphael Zarka's Species of Spaces in Skateboarding on Monday night. 40 minutes exploration of found spaces for skateboarding and those designed especially for it. The footage shot between 1964 and 2006 is drawn from skateboarding videos. Above are some beautiful sculptural pieces by the artist.
